Carol Anne is a student who works with us on a part-time basis. She is responsible for insurance verification and coverage information for our patients. She is usually the first person you see as you enter the office however, you will occasionally see her helping out in the back assisting your dental hygienist. She does her best to assist in patient care whether it be helping you understand your insurance policy or getting you seated and comfortable before treatment.

Jerry Duckworth

Jerry is our Financial Coordinator. He works with us part time and handles all the accounts receivable. He comes to us with over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and production industry. We feel very fortunate to have him as a part of our team.

Matthew Taylor

Matthew is our Practice Manager. He is in charge of all day to day business operations of our office. Behind the scenes he also handles human resources, accounts payable, and the marketing for our practice. He holds a BS in Business Management from the State University of New York College of Arts and Science at Geneseo. His special contribution to the community is the role of “Mr. Tooth”. He can be seen at a variety of community and school oriented events.

Lacey Batten

Lacey is one of our Registered Dental Hygienists. After growing up in a small town outside of Hickory, NC, she attended UNC-Chapel Hill and received her BS in Dental Hygiene in 2004. She now lives with her wonderful husband and two boxer bulldogs in Holly Springs. She enjoys traveling and playing tennis.

Raymond Boggs

Raymond is one of our Registered Dental Hygienists. He has been with our office since 2007. He graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with his BS in Dental Hygiene in 1991, and has been practicing for almost 20 years. In 1998, he was inducted into the NC Dental Hygiene Academy of Advanced Studies. Raymond actually started his dental career as a dental assistant after High School. He is married to Susan and has two sons, Zachary and Ayden. They live in Durham, NC.

Jenifer is one of our Certified Dental Assistants. She is also fluent in Spanish. She has a passion for Dentistry and continues to strive for excellence. She works very hard to give our patients the best of care. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
